Our Story

Black Rose Bakery is a European-style bakery in Westborough, founded by Long Rocheford in 2022. We create incredibly tasty chocolate and pastry, one delightful bite at a time — artisanal cakes and pastries made with premium ingredients and traditional techniques.
Long trained under renowned French bakers Sébastien Canonne and Jacquy Pfeiffer in Chicago, and refined her craft studying under Chef Therry in Europe. She previously worked at Gerardo’s Bakery before opening Black Rose as an independent venture.
